I didn't know Lefty but did see him all the time when he was delivering his papers and I did stop and talk to him once a year ago, he seemed like a very nice man. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

I am sorry to hear about Lefty's passing. When I started at The Daily News as a circulation manager in October 1996, Lefty was the one to help train me on routes. His wearing his Santa suit while delivering stands out to me. Rest in peace, Lefty!

Cory grew up on Linwood Terrace and we lived there as a married couple for quite a few years. Our sons enjoyed say hi to Lefty when they saw him walking down the street. He is a big part of West Bend and will be missed by many. Our condolences to his family.
