My family had a wonderful experience with Myrhum-Patten, having lost our parents Romy and Elizabeth Roskopf within 2 years time. Professional, prompt, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff - they seem to have it all. And they put together wonderful life videos for us to share. For us 6 children, there was no other choice.

We chose your funeral home several years ago, thinking it was time to prepare for when end-of-life services would be needed.

Our feeling then was that we had thoughtfully considered all the options and that Myrhum-Patten was the place for us.

Lee Lamon was so solicitous, easy to talk with, considerate and helpful in all the advice we asked for and in adding many ideas we hadn’t thought of.

Steve and the entire staff at Keitzer-Miller Myrhum-Patten, I just wanted to tell you what a wonderful job you all did with Sherry Kohli's funeral and wake. Each of you were so welcoming and friendly to everyone that stopped to see Sherry. You were courteous and very professional. The funeral home was very clean and Sherry's personal items were arranged perfectly. All the little extras were greatly appreciated; from the book to sign in, the hand sanitizer supplies, and Kleenex boxes that were everywhere for people to use (our family took advantage of that!). The flowers and the pictures were set up very nice. The memorial video was amazing that you did. What a wonderful celebration of Sherry's life. Thank you so much for your professionalism. Sherry will be greatly missed by everyone that knew her. I wish you great success and please keep up the great work you are doing. Many of us talked about how nice you all were. I have had two good experiences working with your funeral home. My Dad's death back in 2015 when you had to coordinate with Kjos Funeral Home in Detroit Lakes, MN and now with my Mom's which involved just West Bend. I enjoyed working with Steve during the planning process and then on the day of the funeral itself. He does well with communication. Thanks for being there for me - twice.
