Randy S. Miller, 63, of Kewaskum, passed away on Monday, April 18, 2016, at Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, California. While on vacation he was struck by a vehicle and was called home to be with his Lord.

 

Randy was born on November 11, 1952, in La Crosse, the son of Gerald and LaVon (Adams) Miller. On August 9, 1975, he was united in marriage to Joanne Neumueller at Grace Lutheran Church in Menomonee Falls.

 

Randy was a member of St. Andrew Lutheran Church in West Bend. He was a dedicated employee of the Washington County Park Department for almost 40 years, retiring in August of 2014. Randy was the resident ranger at Sandy Knoll County Park for 37 years.

 

Those Randy leaves behind to cherish his memory include his wife, Joanne; two children, Aaron (Debbie) Miller of Whitefish Bay and Joshua Miller of Kewaskum; two granddaughters, Rachel and Josie Miller of Whitefish Bay; his parents, Gerald and LaVon Miller of Antigo; a brother, Gerald Jr. (Vickie) Miller of Antigo; a sister, Julie (Kris) Schwartzbauer of Menasha; his father-in-law, Arnold Neumueller of Menomonee Falls; a sister-in-law, Janet (Daniel) Steinbauer of Underhill Center, Vermont; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

 

Randy was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Helene Neumueller and his grandparents.

 

A memorial service celebrating Randy’s life will be held on Monday, April 25, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. at St. Andrew Lutheran Church, 7750 Highway 144, West Bend with Rev. Robert Korytkowski officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Andrew Lutheran Church or Washington County Humane Society are appreciated.
