My father, Alvin Brinkman, was also a member of the Lomira Legion and I have many good memories of celebrating Memorial Days with Don and the Legion Club members. May he rest in peace.

Don was a wonderful Christian man--full of faithful joy in the Lord. It was our privilege to know him (and his family!) for the five years we lived in Lomira. Jeff, Elaine and all of this wonderful, BIG family,
I am so very sorry for your loss, however so happy that you, like me, had your dad with you for so many years. Our family thought wonderful things about him, and he was very respected in the community. You all, I'm sure, are proud to carry him in your hearts.

Don was certainly one of Lomira's finest citizens. He was a good man and he sure did raise a beautiful family. My condolences to the entire family.
