I knew Mr. Walbrink (call me Frank, as he would often tell me) from years at working at his local bank. He had a great laugh and such a wonderful sense of humor. He also loved his UM sports, through the ups and downs. Rest in peace Frank and my condolences.

I only met Frank a couple of times at family reunions, but I feel as if I knew him much better than one could expect from just a couple of encounters. Through the years, he thoughtfully kept in touch through letters and phone calls. His warmth, his caring, his sense of humor will remain with me. He was a lovely man!

I am so very sorry for your loss. Please find comfort in God's sure promise of a resurrection as set forth in the Bible. (Acts 24:15; John 5:28,29) Those who are raised to life will have the prospect of never again being subject to misery, sickness, or death. (Revelation 21:4) I hope that reflecting on these thoughts will give you some relief during this difficult time.
