Randy G. Hecker, Sr., 52, of Theresa, passed away on Friday, September 10, 2010, at his home.
He was born on June 15, 1958, in Milwaukee, the son of the late Arthur and Lydia (Mahlke) Hecker, and on June 20, 1987, he was united in marriage to Lisa Kuenne at Salem Lutheran Church in Milwaukee.
Randy was employed by Trident Sales and Service in New Berlin and was a member of St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church in Theresa.
Randy will fondly be remembered for the enjoyment he received from camping, fishing, deer hunting and snowmobiling. He will be deeply missed by his wife, his family and by all who knew him.
Those Randy leaves behind to cherish his memory include his wife, Lisa; four children, Randy Hecker, Jr., Matthew Hecker, Tabitha Hecker and Tiffany Hecker; five brothers, Gene (Carol) Hecker of Brookfield, Roger (Carol) Hecker of West Bend, Dennis (Carolyn) Hecker of Kalama, Washington, David (Nancy) Hecker and Gary (Cheryl) Hecker both of Theresa; three sisters, Carol (John) Wirkkula of Germantown, Cheryl (Gary) Schellhaas of Jackson and Judy (Steve) Miller of West Bend; a granddaughter, Samantha; his mother-in-law, Helga Kuenne of Milwaukee; a sister-in-law, Nina (Cliff) Schiller of Milwaukee; two brothers-in-law, Robert Kuenne, Jr. and Tim Kuenne both of Milwaukee; nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, other relatives and many friends.
In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by an infant brother, Daniel and his father-in-law, Robert Kuenne.
Funeral services for Randy were held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 15, 2010, at St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church, 113 E. Bonduel Street in Theresa. Rev. Jonathan Learman officiated and burial followed in Theresa Union Cemetery in Theresa.
Relatives and friends called at the Kietzer-Miller Funeral Home in Lomira on Tuesday from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. and at the church on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services.
