Patricia "Patti" Uttech

Patricia "Patti" Uttech, age 75, who many will remember for her fun loving and energetic personality. As seen in her infectious smile and happy nature, it was quite apparent that Patti’s love for her family and friends, especially her grandchildren was uppermost throughout her life.

The family wishes a heartfelt special thanks to all Patti’s caregivers, nurses and doctors over the past several months for their compassionate care. Thank you.

Following health complications, Patricia Uttech (nee Fecteau), a resident of West Bend, died July 27, 2021 at the age of 75. Patti’s warm energy and charisma will always be remembered. Patti is survived by her husband of 32 years, Robert Uttech; son, Dale (Tracey Fuecht) Amundson; daughter, Janet Kalmer; step-children; Jon (Denise) Uttech, Margo (Todd) Uttech, and Andy Uttech. Grandchildren, Ashlyn Amundson, Addalissa Kolasinski, Phillip Amundson, McKenna Seefeld, Caty Uttech, Madeline Uttech, and Olivia Uttech.

She is further survived by sisters, Barbara (John) Halaska, Mary Fassbender, and Cheryl (Jim) Fedder; brothers-in-law, John Halaska and Mike Kolodzyk; her nieces and nephews that she loved dearly, as well as numerous friends and their children.

Preceded in death by her brother, Larry Fecteau and sister Judy Kolodzyk.  

Patti also loved her granddogs and could not resist giving them an overabundance of dog treats; Althea Petalina, Cashew, Cooper, Daisy, Melania, Rock, and Tucker.  

Patti graduated from Bayview High School and then studied administrative work. Her passion was for children and caring for others, and she devotedly put those skills to work in her official job as a nanny for many years, as well as helping friends and families. Patti loved nothing more than entertaining family and friends at her house with grilling delicious foods, making fall caramel apples, lounging in the pool, taking care of numerous pets, enjoying music, dancing, plays, and being an avid Packer and Brewer fan. 

Family will greet friends on Sunday, August 29, from 4:00-8:00 PM at Zarlettis, 1515 W Mequon Road, Mequon, WI 53092 for a Celebration of Patti’s Life.
