Michael "Mike" S. Kohler

Michael “Mike” S. Kohler, 34 of Shorewood found peace on Friday, August 24, 2018.

He was born on June 21, 1984 to David and Beth (nee Bingen) Kohler in West Bend WI. He graduated from West Bend West High School. Mike worked for the Bartolotta group for several years first at Bacchus Restaurant and then worked as a Chef at the Harbor house. Mike loved to be in the kitchen providing great food for his friends and family. He enjoyed sports, watching the Brewers and Packers. Mike loved music, but his biggest love was being a chef. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Those Mike leaves behind to cherish his memory include his parents, David and Beth Kohler; a brother, John (Erin Malone) Kohler and her two daughters, Trinity and Chloe Jank; many aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, George and Marge Kohler and his maternal grandparents, Eugene and Mary Ann Bingen.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at Holy Angels Catholic Church, 138 N. 8th Ave., West Bend. Father Pat Heppe will be officiating.

The family will greet relatives and friends at the church on Thursday from 3:00 p.m. until the time of Mass.
