Mary Jane Ciriacks Obituary

Mary Jane (nee Benter) Ciriacks, 74, of West Bend, was peacefully called to her eternal home in heaven on March 9, 2024, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Mary Jane was born on August 7, 1949, in Beaver Dam, WI to Erwin H. and Lucille A. (nee Beck) Benter of the town of Theresa, WI. On October 10, 1970, she was united in marriage to Ronald H. Ciriacks of West Bend at Immanuel Lutheran Church “The River Church” in Mayville, WI. They lived in West Bend their entire married life.

Mary Jane became a child of God through Baptism on August 21, 1949, and was confirmed in the faith on May 19, 1963, at Immanuel Lutheran Church. She then attended Mayville High School, Mayville, WI graduating in June 1967. Mary and Ron joined Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in 1976. Mary was a member of the Good Shepherd Ladies League and served various offices and committees. After the blessings of raising her children at home, Mary was employed at Western Lime Corporation, West Bend, WI. Mary enjoyed camping, card club, traveling, dancing and time with friends. Her greatest joy was spending time with her children and grandchildren treasuring the times they could be together whether at holidays, birthdays, or just special visits making cookies and playing games.

Those Mary Jane leaves behind to cherish her memory include her beloved husband, Ron of 53 years; son, Douglas (Kim) Ciriacks of Oconomowoc, daughter, Debbie (Jeremy) Glowicki of Jordan, MN, and daughter, Dawn (Jason) Walls of Jackson; 10 grandchildren, Emma, Kate, Leah, and Douglas “DJ” Ciriacks, Taylor (Josh) Thiesfeldt, Josiah (Callie) Glowicki, Morgan (Alex Ritter) Glowicki, and Alycin Glowicki, Kaitlyn (Jon) Pedersen and Megan Theroux.
