Lianamarie P. "Lou" Hope

Lianamarie P. “Lou” Hope, 65, of the town of Auburn, passed away surrounded by her loving family at her home on Monday, August 15, 2022.

Lou was born on September 7, 1956, in Milwaukee, the daughter of the late Charles and Georgeann (nee Miller) Hecker. In 1979 she was united in marriage to Donald Krueger in Milwaukee. Donald preceded Lou in death in August of 1984. In 2006 she was united in marriage to Thomas Hope in Fond du Lac. Lou loved her flowers and gardening around her house. She enjoyed her family get-togethers and cooked plenty of food for everybody. She lived by the motto “If I have two, somebody can have the other.” and would give the shirt off of her back to anyone and any animal that came into her home.  Above all else she loved her kids and grandkids and would do anything and everything for them.

Those Lou leaves behind to cherish her memory include her husband, Thomas; four children, Shelly (Michael) Darmody, Julie (Justin) Burmesch, Amber (Rick) Etchart, and Jessica (Michael) Johnson; 13 grandchildren, Alexis, Valerie, and Ava Czerniak, Riley and Michaela Darmody, Myka, Austin, Taylor, Landon, and Jaxton Etchart, Jaden, Josie, and Tegan Johnson; other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents and husband, Lou was preceded in death by a sister, Lauralee Krogman.

An open house Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2022, at N1371 County Road V, Campbellsport, WI 53010 beginning at 1:00 p.m.
