Kenneth George Fehrer

Kenneth George Fehrer, age 91 years, of West Bend passed away on June 1, 2018 surrounded by his loving family. 

Kenneth was born on May 29, 1927 in Milwaukee to Raymond and Rose Fehrer (Laabs). On September 9, 1950 he was united in marriage to LaVerne Conrad in Kiel. 

He was employed at the Wisconsin Telephone Company for 40 years.  During retirement he volunteered at nature preserves in the area.  Kenneth also enjoyed traveling with his wife, gardening and playing golf.

Those Kenneth leaves behind to cherish his memory include his wife LaVerne of 67 years; two children, Steven Fehrer, Susan (Edward) Fehrer-Sawyer, and grandson, James Sawyer. 

In addition to his parents, Kenneth was preceded in death by his brother, Raymond Fehrer, Jr. and sister, Laurel Pankau.

Memorial Service for Kenneth will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at Myrhum Patten Miller & Kietzer Funeral Home (1315 W Washington St., West Bend, WI  53095) with Pastor Eric Kirkegaard officiating. 

Kenneth’s family extends their heartfelt appreciation to the Froedtert Hospital staff for the care they provided.
