Geraldine "Gerrie" Lenk

Geraldine “Gerrie” Lenk (Pokora), age 86 years, of West Bend was called home to be with the Lord on October 30, 2020 at Lawlis Family Hospice in Mequon.

Gerrie was born on February 6, 1934 in Milwaukee to Joseph and Josephine Pokora   (Buelow).  She was united in marriage to Erwin Lenk on May 19, 1956 at St. Rita’s Catholic Church in West Allis.

Gerrie graduated from Mercy High School in Milwaukee.  She was a long-time Medical Secretery.  Gerrie loved camping, fishing and visiting the casinos. 

Those Gerrie leaves behind to cherish her memory include her husband of 64 years, Erwin; three children, Lynda (Donald) Bauer, Lori Loveless, and Jeffrey (special friend, Cindy Teska) Lenk; two grandchildren, Danielle (finace, Jeff Fox) Loveless and Austin (special friend, Brooke Gibson) Loveless; three great-grandchildren, Jayden, Michael, and Liam Loveless.  She is further survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. 

In addition to her parents, Geraldine was preceded in death by her brother, Norbert (Betty) Pokora.

Gerrie’s family extends their heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Mooney, Dr. Herdrich and the staff at Lawlis Family Hospice and Horizon Hospice for the loving care they provided.

Due to current restrictions, a private burial service will be held for Gerrie’s family at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Milwaukee.
