Donald E. "Red" Gross Obituary
Donald E. “Red” Gross, 86, of West Bend, passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022, at Froedtert Hospital in Menomonee Falls.
Red was born on April 23, 1935, in Milwaukee, the son of the late Lester and Helen (nee Schreck) Gross. Red enjoyed playing sheepshead and bingo at the Senior Center, Moose Lodge and the VFW. He volunteered at the Roots and Branches – beautification committee in West Bend.
Those Red leaves behind to cherish his memory include three children, Kurt (Georgia) Gross of Van Dyne, Kim (Brian) Krejcarek of West Bend and Kent (Michelle) Gross of Menasha; four grandchildren, Evan (Kelly) Krejcarek, Eric Krejcarek (Jann), Anthony (Heather) Harmon and Alissa Harmon (Fiancé, Nathan); two sisters, Cindy (Jim) Pritzlaff and Cheryl (Darrell) Dollert; one brother, Dale (Pam) Gross; a sister-in-law, Maria Gross; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, Red was preceded in death by a brother, Dan Gross and his wife, Marcella Gross.
In honor of Red’s wishes no services will be held.
