Deborah "Deb" Ziemann

Deborah L. (Rudick) Ziemann, 53, of Painesville, Ohio entered into her eternal rest following a six month battle with stomach cancer on September 7, 2020 at her home.

She was born on May 3, 1967, in Lansing, Michigan, the daughter of Ken and Nancy Rudick. 

She grew up in Lansing, and then graduated from Waverly High School in Lansing.  She graduated from Concordia College River Forest (now Concordia University-Chicago) with a degree in Elementary Education.  She taught at St. John Lutheran in Kendallville before marrying Kurt Ziemann on March 20, 1993.  Deb enjoyed teaching, homeschooling her children, and everything about music.  She was instrumental in leading handchime and bell choirs at the congregations her husband served.  She was a devoted wife and supportive partner for her husband the past 27 years. She will be dearly missed by all she touched with the love of Jesus and the joy of music.

She is survived by her husband, her parents of Lansing, sisters Annette Rudick ( Auburn, Michigan), Pam Rudick (Champaign, IL), and a brother, Chuck (Indiana), also her children, Zachary Ziemann of Glenbeulah, WI, Katherine Brandt (Jake) of South Bend, Indiana, Jeremy Ziemann attending Concordia University-Ann Arbor, Timothy Ziemann attending Valparaiso University-Valparaiso, and Ezekiel who remains at home.

LOCALLY:   FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL BE RECEIVED AT 12:00 NOON on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15 at IMMANUEL LUTHERAN CHURCH - TOWN OF SCOTT (W8497 Brazelton Dr, Random Lake, WI 53075).  

GRAVESIDE COMMITTAL SERVICE WILL BE AT THE CHURCH CEMETERY on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15 at 3:00 PM.
