Rick will be unable to attend the services for Cracker as he will be out of town. My name is Linda Bertram, the receptionist at Rick's office. I am "under the weather" so to speak today and do not wish to share my cold with other people at the services. I would like to express mine and Rick's condolences to your family and let you know how much we will truly miss Cracker's visits to our office. The stories, the historical info of West Bend and JOKES that Cracker shared with us will forever remain in our hearts. From one of the visits Cracker and I discovered that we actually met at the Rexall Drugstore downtown West Bend in 1966! Cracker was an "irreplaceable character" and we mean that with affection and respect. He will indeed be missed by all of us whose lives he touched.
