Obituary
Walburga "Dot" Nowak of West Bend, passed away on Tuesday January 14, 2014 at Cedar Community Friendship House the age of 97.
Dot was born in Madison WI and worked as an accountant until she married Don Nowak. They lived in Milwaukee and bought a cottage on Big Cedar Lake for the summer months. Dot was active in the Wisconsin Go Hike Club and a member of the National Ski Patrol working her shifts at Fox Hill Ski Club.
She is survived by her daughter, Margaret (Jim) Knepper and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Don; and her sister, Hermina Juckem.
A private memorial service will be held by the family in the spring.
