Obituary
Timothy J. Krochalk, 32, of Indianapolis, Indiana, formerly of West Bend, passed away Thursday, September 6, 2007.
He is survived by his parents, David and Carole (nee Brisch) Krochalk of West Bend, two brothers, Christopher (Jennifer) Krochalk of Milwaukee, and Andrew (Lillian) Krochalk of Jersey City, New Jersey, numerous aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
A memorial reception to remember Tim's life will be held on Sunday, September 16 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, 1044 Silverbrook Dr., West Bend.
In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated.
DIRECTIONS TO THE CHURCH: Exit Hwy. 45 at Paradise Dr. Go East on Paradise Dr. to the first intersection and turn North on Silverbrook Dr. Follow Silverbrook Dr. to the church.
