Obituary
Teresa J. Lewis, nee Mervin, 48, of Boltonville, passed away Thursday, April, 19, 2012 at her residence.
She is survived by her husband, Jeffrey; her son, Timothy; three sisters, Linda, Kathy, and Tina; a brother, Kenneth; other relatives and friends.
A visitation in remembrance of Teresa will be held on Saturday, April 28 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Myrhum - Patten Funeral Home, West Bend.
