Tammy Koenig, 64, peacefully passed away in her home surrounded by family on February 10, 2026, after a brief but courageous battle with cancer.

Tammy’s life was defined by a 44-year love story with her soulmate, Randy. Together, they built a world centered on family. Whether she was meticulously planning a summer cookout or simply gathering everyone for the holidays, Tammy was happiest when her house was full. To Tammy, being a "Grandma" to her six grandkids, Abby, Aubrey, Asher, Wrenna, Gabriel, and Noah, was her greatest calling and her purest joy.

Her playful spirit shone through in her love for the latest gadgets, her perfume and lotion collection, and her unmatched array of handbags. Yet, it was her fierce loyalty that defined her most. If Tammy loved you, she was your unwavering champion, steadfast and true.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Randy; her daughters, Nicole (Simeon) Dieterle, Mindy (Matt) Grasso, and Kristyn (Jonathon) Gronski; her stepchildren, Angela (Walter) Carrothers and Randy Koenig Jr.; her beloved mother, Barbara Belsky; and her treasured grandchildren.

She is reunited in peace with her father, Jack, and her in-laws, Lester and Esther Koenig.

The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the doctors, nurses, and staff at Froedtert Cancer Center and Horizon Hospice for their exceptional care and compassion.

A celebration of Tammy’s life will be held at a later date.
