Obituary
Steven S. Skorbier, age 63, of West Bend, passed away Wednesday, January 1, 2014 at his home.
He was born on March 15, 1950 in Milwaukee to the late Frank and Margaret (nee Fuchs) Skorbier. Steven attended school in Milwaukee and earned an engineering degree at MSOE. He moved to West Bend and spent many years working at the Amity Company. He was a huge racing fan and had an extensive collection of metal drag racing cars. Steve also enjoyed flying kites.
He is survived by two sons, Steven (Kristine) Skorbier II of Fredonia, and Thomas (Julie Beine) Skorbier of Allenton; six grandchildren, Samantha Skorbier, Amber Bellomy, Stephanie Fry, Derik Skorbier, Victoria Skorbier, and Nicolas Skorbier; a sister, Margarete (Jim) Treep of Carmel, IN; a niece, Theresa (John) Riley; other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and a Son, Paul Skorbier.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, January 10th at 1:30 pm in Washington County Memorial Park.
