Stanley Kenneth Hall, age 90, of West Bend, was called home to be with the Lord on September 13, 2026, surrounded by his loving family at Kathy Hospice in West Bend. He was born on July 15, 1936, in West Bend to Greg and Marie (Knoeck) Hall. On August 29, 1959, he was united in marriage to Constance “Connie” Rossow.

Stan excelled academically and graduated from West Bend High School in 1954, where he was a member of the National Honor Society and competed in football and track. He went on to attend Marquette University before enlisting in the United States Navy as an Aviation Electronics Technician.

During his time in the Navy, Stan was stationed in Iwakuni, Japan, where he served with a patrol squadron responsible for reconnaissance missions over the Russian coast aboard Lockheed P2V7 Neptune aircraft. Near the end of his military service, Stan was injured in a plane crash while he and his crew were on a search-and-rescue mission to locate a downed aircraft on Mt. Desatoya near Fallon, Nevada. Tragically, one crewman was killed and two others were injured in the crash.

Following his honorable release from active duty, Stan began a 29-year career with Leeson Electric in Grafton.

Retirement gave Stan opportunities to enjoy the things he loved. He and Connie traveled extensively, visiting Ireland, Mexico, Europe, and Florida. At home, Stan could often be found in his garage working on his cars, motorcycles, and snowmobiles. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, racing snowmobiles and enduro karts, watching all forms of motorsports, and, of course, cheering on the Green Bay Packers.

Some of Stan’s happiest moments were spent watching his children and grandchildren participate in sports. He and Connie also enjoyed going out dancing with friends.

Stan had a passionate connection to Road America in Elkhart Lake. He and his family attended many automobile and motorcycle races there, and Stan was involved in the construction of the racetrack during the summer of 1954.

Stan was a founder and member of the Kettle Moraine Sports Riders motorcycle club. He was the flagman when the club held short-track motorcycle races in Newburg and later was a hill marshal at the club’s hill-climb events at Sunburst Ski Hill.

Stan was a faithful member of St. Francis Cabrini Catholic Church and rarely missed Saturday Mass. His faith, family, friendships, and love of motorsports were important parts of a life well lived.

Those Stan leaves behind include his loving wife of 67 years, Connie; brother Richard (Sandy); son Doug (Lisa), and their children Katie and Klaire; son Scott (Darlene), and their children Derek and Ashley; and son Mark (Lisa), and their children Mandy and Blake. He is further survived by grandchildren Brianna, Mikala, and Samantha through his late son Michael; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

In addition to his parents, Stan was preceded in death by his son Michael; brothers James, Constantine, and Dennis (Tootie); and sisters Virginia (Hamilton) and Miriam (Kilp).

A Memorial Service for Stan will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at Myrhum-Patten Funeral Home, with Deacon Michael Koebel officiating. Burial will take place at Washington County Memorial Park.

The family extends appreciation to Tammy at Horizon Healthcare and the entire staff at Kathy Hospice.

There will be no visitation and the family requests casual attire.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the West Bend Food Pantry or St. Francis Cabrini Church are appreciated.
