Shirley A. Niemi (nee Drake), 82 of Carleton, MI, passed away on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at her home.

She was born on August 30, 1938 in Crandon, Wisconsin. She was the daughter of Wade and Addie (nee Spencer) Drake. On February 16, 2011 she married Michael Niemi in Tennessee.

Shirley enjoyed gardening, baking, and cooking.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband Michael Niemi; stepchildren, Suzy (Gary) Damron, Bert (Carol) France and Marty France; four great grandchildren, Brad Damron, Autumn Armstrong, Marcia Burke, and Amanda France; and her brother, Kenny Drake.

A funeral service in remembrance of Shirley will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. at the Myrhum-Patten Funeral Home, 1315 W. Washington St., West Bend. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery, in Crandon, Wisconsin.

The family will greet relatives and friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 3:00 p.m. until 4:45 p.m.
