Sharon Lee Knutson (nee Walter), age 83, was called home to be with the Lord on Monday, July 13, 2026 in the peaceful comfort of her home with family by her side.

Sharon was born on March 20, 1943 in Milwaukee to the late Carl and Delores (nee Willis) Walter. At a young age, Sharon was blessed to meet the love of her life, Kenneth Charles Knutson, and from that moment the two of them were inseparable. What started as a fairytale love story turned into a lifetime of commitment as they were united in marriage on July 16, 1966. Sharon was a faithful and loving wife and devoted mother to her three children. Ken was taken from Sharon too soon and died at the age of 50 on December 22, 1991 and while her family grieves her passing, there is comfort in knowing that she is now reunited with the love of her life in heaven.

Sharon is survived by her three children, Tammy (Tony) Zalewski, Jamie (Angela) Knutson, and Nicole (Matt) Myrhum; 11 grandchildren, Cody (Caitlyn) Zalewski and Mikayla Zalewski, Emma, Lilly, and Tanner Knutson, and Nate, Maddie, Christian, Josie, Benny, and Sofia Myrhum; 3 great-grandchildren, Brady and Mya Zalewski, and Kenzleigh Zalewski. She is further survived by her sister, Diane (Bob) Przybyszewski, as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents and her husband, Sharon was preceded in death by her brother, Carl Walter.
