Roland Arnold “Rollie” Weisser, age 81 years, of West Bend was called home to be with the Lord on January 10, 2026, at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee surrounded by his loving family.
Rollie was born on July 6, 1944, in Parkston, South Dakota to Alfred and Adeline Weisser (Lehr). He was united in marriage to Orgenia Goehring on September 30, 1961, at Reformed Church in Delmont, South Dakota.
Rollie graduated from Delmont High School in 1962. Growing up on the family farm he developed a strong work ethic. Rollie, Orgenia, and their son Tom moved to West Bend in 1965. Rollie then started working at the West Bend Company and retired in 1998. After retirement he worked as an independent driver until 2023.
Rollie enjoyed golfing, hunting, bowling, and visiting the casino. Most of all he loved spending time with family and friends. He was always ready to meet somebody new and have a good conversation.
Those Rollie leaves behind to cherish his memory include his wife of 64 years, Orgenia; children, Robbie (Patti) Weisser, Jackie Weisser, and Jodi (Jeff) Cegielski; daughter-in-law, Connie Weisser; grandchildren, Deidra St. Peter, Tim Gonring, Andrew Gonring, Nicole Gonring, Ashli Cegielski, and Austin Cegielski; and great-grandchildren, Malikai St. Peter and Nuraya St. Peter. He is further survived by sisters-in-law, Charlotte Weisser and Lynn (Jim) Hobbs; nieces and nephews, Renee (Larry) Kolbush, Craig (Nissa) Weisser, Corey (Jenny) Stager, and Jason Stager; and other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, Rollie was preceded in death by three sons, Tom Weisser, Todd Weisser, and Jerry Weisser; and siblings, LeRoy (1st – Karen / 2nd - Shirley) Weisser and Howard Weisser, infant sister, and infant twins.
VISITATION: Rollie’s family will greet relatives and friends on Friday, January16, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church (809 S 6th Ave. – West Bend, WI 53095).
SERVICE: A Funeral Service in remembrance of Rollie will take place at 12:00 Noon on Friday at St. John’s with Pastor Chris Dhuse officiating. Entombment will be at Washington County Memorial Park in West Bend immediately following the service at church.
Memorials in Rollie’s name can be directed to St. John’s Lutheran School in West Bend.
