Norma Frances (Rubinstein) Popper, August 4, 1935 – September 7, 2025, died peacefully at home in her sleep one month after celebrating her 90 th birthday where she was celebrated and surrounded by her entire family.

She will be remembered for her poise, creativity, style and resolve. Norma is survived by her loving children Brette Popper (Paul Spraos), Clint Popper and Dru Popper (Frank Lopez), her four grandchildren Morgan Lopez, Jessica Spraos, Rachel Spraos and Perri Nuelk and her four great-grandchildren Milo, Luci, Flora and Nadia. Their laughter and smiles meant the world to her.

Born in Brooklyn, New York she raised her family in Ossining, New York before moving to and becoming a successful realtor in Rio Racho, New Mexico. She then settled in West Bend, Wisconsin. She was predeceased by her husband of 56 years, Anton Richard Popper. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
