Merle "Ruth Goetsch, nee McClellan, 88, of Saukville, passed away Saturday, March 3, 2007 at Columbia St. Mary's Hospital in Mequon
Ruth was born April 12, 1918 to the late Matthew and Mythia (nee Donaldson) McClellan. Her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, were the most important part of her life.
She is survived by four children, Robert (Judy) Goetsch, Diana Goetsch, Marsha (Dennis) Kastelic and Marvin (Lois) Goetsch; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; a son-in-law, Don Lee; other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Goetsch, a daughter, Sharon Lee, three grandchildren, two sisters and seven brothers.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, March 9 at 11:00 a.m. at Lumen Christi Catholic Church, 11300 N. St. James Lane, Mequon. Visitation with the family will be at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Interment of Ruth's cremated remains will be in Wood Lawn Cemetery, Grafton.
