Obituary

Marie E. Heider, 90, of Campbellsport, was called to her heavenly home on March 5, 2026.

Marie was born on March 12, 1935, to the late Arthur and Hildegard Meyer of rural Kewaskum. On August 2, 1952, she was united in marriage to Earl Heider. Together they farmed by Ashford and Campbellsport. Upon retiring they moved up to Rollingstone Lake where they volunteered their time on the Lake District. She helped her husband build their own cabin and homes. They moved back to Campbellsport in 1993. She was active in Kewaskum Sno Chiefs. She was active in St. John Lutheran Church in New Fane ushering, LCW, Laff, Pep club and was head of the Altar guild.

Those Marie leaves behind to cherish her memory include five children, Jeanne Schairer of Campbellsport, Donald (Cyndi) Heider of Sturgeon Bay, Diane Shreves of Kewaskum, Earl (Kim) Heider, Jr. of Algoma, and Richard (Kathy) Heider of Fond du Lac; fourteen grandchildren, Michelle, Laurie, Bobby, Tina, Laura, Rachel, Catherine, John, Adam, Megan, Tiffany, Nick, Paula, and David; twenty-two great grandchildren, Brianna, Mallory, Andy, Devin, Tyler, Ashley, Violet, Brynn, Adam, Matthew, Jacob, Alex, Hailey, Vanessa, Alexus, Lana, Collin, Brooklyn, Lily, Jason, Dean, and Sammy; her brothers, David (Pat) Meyer, Jerry (Mary) Meyer, Roger (Margarite) Meyer, and Allen (Mary) Meyer; a sister-in-law, Linda Meyer; special friend, Roger Heberer; other relatives and friends.

Marie was preceded in death by her husband, Earl; a son-in-law, Robert Schairer; a sister, Lorraine (Gerald) Marquardt; her brothers, Robert (Dorothy) Meyer, Earl Meyer, and Dennis Meyer; and two grandsons, Robert Schairer Jr. and Adam Shreves.

VISITATION: Marie’s family will greet relatives and friends on Monday, March 16, 2026, at St. John Lutheran Church, (N683 County Road S, Kewaskum) in New Fane, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:45 a.m.

SERVICE: A memorial service for Marie will be held at Noon at St. John Lutheran Church in New Fane. Burial will follow at Lutheran Memorial Park in Kewaskum.
