Lori J. Seitz

Lori Jean Seitz (nee LaJuene), age 74, of the town of Trenton, found peace after passing away on Wednesday, June 4, 2025.

Lori was born on May 8, 1951, in Milwaukee, to Austin and Marguerite (nee Borch) LaJuene. She graduated from Menomonee Falls High School in 1969 and later went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Alverno College in Milwaukee. Lori was united in marriage to Jack Seitz on January 27, 1983, in Oklahoma and together they celebrated with a second ceremony in West Bend on June 18th of that same year. Lori loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. When she wasn’t with them, she could often be found crafting.

Lori is survived by her husband, Jack; four children, Heather (Steve) Hammond of Sheboygan Falls, Heidi Survis of West Bend, Jason (Crystal) Survis of Campbellsport, and Joel (Jennifer) Seitz of West Bend; 14 grandchildren, Madeleine and Grace Hammond, Zachary (Danielle) and Cossettelynn Survis, Leah (Jim) Niehaus, Victoria Klicinski, Haley and Emma Survis, Alexis, Caleb, Aryonnia, and Tryniti Seitz, Madison and Wyatt Seitz; and four great-grandchildren, Esther, Nombree, Sutton, and Giannia. She is further survived by three sisters, Mary Doman, Kathy (John) Freebairn, Pam (Tom) Voss; two brothers, Michael (Cynthia) LaJuene and Gregory (Callie) LaJuene; two brothers-in-law, Dennis (Lillian) Seitz and Larry (Pat) Seitz; Jeff's Seitz's partner, Amber; and many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Lori was preceded in death by her father, Austin; a daughter, Amy; a son, Jeff; and a brother-in-law, Mel Doman.

In honor of Lori’s wishes, the family is planning a private celebration of life to be held at a later date.
