Lavern A Ponath

Lavern A Ponath, age 71 years, of West Bend was called home to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at The Pavilion at Glacier Valley.

Lavern was born on July 15. 1953 in West Bend to Elmer & Betty Ponath. He was united in marriage to Deborah Lymon July 15, 1997.

Lavern is survived by his siblings, Linda Pratt, Twyla (Allen) Bath, Karen (James) Edwards, Dayle, Faith (Michael) Bednarczyk and Terri (Rick) Parchim. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Deborah; and sisters, Gloria and Janice. A private memorial service will be held at a future date.

The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff at Allay Hospice for their care and compassion, as well as the staff at the Pavillion at Glacier Valley.
