Laurie L Jewett, age 78 years, of West Bend, WI found peace on June 25, 2025.
Laurie was born on November 15, 1946 in Milwaukee, WI to Thomas and Ruth Wendlandt (McCarthy).
Laurie was retired from Stainless Foundry and Engineering in Milwaukee where she was a Director of Sales and Marketing. After retirement, Laurie enjoyed volunteering to fill her time. She volunteered at ReStore, the HELP Corner and Cedar Campus throughout retirement. Traveling around the world was something Laurie loved to do and was fortunate to share those experiences with her family and friends. Family time with her children and grandchildren was always something she looked forward to. Reading was one of her past times and she loved playing crossword puzzles and playing cribbage. But golf was Laurie’s passion. She loved playing on her golf leagues as well as playing with friends and family.
Those Laurie leaves behind to cherish her memory include her sister Edith Bartz (Wendlandt), daughter Kerry Miller (Jewett), son Sean Jewett, grandchildren Alyssa Rodak (Jarad), Alec Miller (Sarah), Aric Miller, Aidan Jewett (Rylee) and Terrapin Jewett. And two great-grandsons, Thomas Miller and Noah Miller. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, Laurie was preceded in death by her first husband Charles Gary Jewett, second husband Gary Schroeder, brother Tom Wendlandt, brother-in-law Wayne Bartz and son-in-law Jim Miller.
