Kathleen A. "Kathy" Naylor

Kathleen A. “Kathy” Naylor, 77, of West Bend, passed away on May 5, 2025, at Lawliss Family Hospice in Mequon.

Born on August 17, 1947, in Milwaukee, Kathy was the beloved daughter of the late George and Dorothy (nee Honeck) Feilbach. She found her lifelong partner in David Naylor, and on March 8, 1975, they exchanged vows at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Jefferson, Wisconsin.

Kathy had a gift for caregiving, both in her profession as a day care assistant and as a skilled hairdresser. Her husband never had to step foot in a barber’s chair, she took immense pride in keeping him impeccably groomed. Her devotion to a spotless home was unmatched, going through a vacuum a year in her relentless pursuit of cleanliness.

Yet, perhaps her greatest joy was found in the love of her great-grandchildren. They fueled her spirit, giving her motivation and purpose each day. A testament to enduring love, Kathy and David recently celebrated their golden milestone, 50 years of marriage, a journey marked by commitment, companionship, and countless cherished memories.

Those Kathy leaves behind to cherish her memory include her husband, David; two children, Renee (Donald) Campbell and Lisa (Tom) Staehler; a grandson, Dustin (Cassandra) Campbell; two great-grandsons, Mason and Caden Campbell; her sisters; a brother-in-law, Keith Ruesch; other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, Kathy was preceded in death by a sister, Marilyn Ruesch.

CELEBRATION OF LIFE: A Celebration of Kathy’s Life will be held at the Myrhum – Patten Funeral & Cremation Service, 1315 W. Washington Street, in West Bend, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 14, 2025.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt appreciation to Lawliss Family Hospice and Horizon Hospice Nurses, Jennifer and Rebecca, to make sure her last days were as comfortable as possible. The family would also like to thank Dr. Charles Kaufmann for his many years of devotion to her health.
