Joyce Ann Halfmann (nee Hatch), 90, passed away at home on Friday, March 7, 2025, in Kewaskum.
Joyce was born on July 17, 1934, in Campbellsport, to Robert and Beatrice Hatch. She attended and graduated from Campbellsport High School. Joyce married the love of her life Richard Halfmann on April 11, 1953, in Campbellsport. Richard preceded Joyce in death 39 years to the day on March 7, 1986.
Joyce worked at Regal Ware for 25 years, Kewaskum Antique Mall, waitress at Linden Inn Supper Club, Golden Knight in West Bend, and many jobs in her life. She loved to sew and make quilts, do gardening, and bird watch. Joyce was always doing something and loved being very active.
She was a beloved mother, nana, great-nana, and great-great-nana.
Those left to cherish Joyce’s memory include her 5 children, Richard (Sherri) Halfmann, Cheryl (Alan) Kuehl, Mark (Carol) Halfmann, Bruce (Tammy) Halfmann, and Lisa (Lowell) Bunkelman; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; three sisters, Betty Sook, Judy (Doug) Christensen; and Faye (Dave) Schmitt; other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents and husband, Joyce is preceded in death by her sister, Donna Acker; brother and sister- in-law, Robert and Marlene Hatch; brother-in-law, Ellis Sook.
VISITATION: Joyce’s family will greet relatives and friends on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:45 a.m., at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 331 Main Street, Kewaskum.
MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: A Mass of Christian Burial will take place following visitation at 12:00 p.m., with Father Patrick Magnor officiating the service. Joyce will be buried at St. Matthew’s Cemetery in Campbellsport.
The family would like to extend a thank you to Father Patrick Magnor of Holy Trinity, the Kewaskum Police Department, Washington County Medical Examiners, and Myrhum-Patten Funeral Home. Joyce will be deeply missed and loved by all.
