John R. Munk, 56, of Kewaskum passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 3, 2022 at his home with his family by his side.

He was born on November, 24, 1965 to Robert and Janet (nee Riemenschneider) Munk in Milwaukee, WI. John graduated from Wauwatosa High School. He worked in maintenance at Lasata Senior Living for many years and was well loved by the residents. John loved fishing, cars, motorcycles, and tinkering on home projects. He also enjoyed woodworking. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Those John leaves behind to cherish his memory include his father, Robert “Bob” Munk; two children, Jared Munk and Ashley Munk; two grandchildren, Kendall Munk and Rowan Gronski and his significant other “wife”, Michele Hegman.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Janet Munk.

A memorial service in remembrance of John will be held on Friday, March 11, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at the Myrhum-Patten Funeral Home, 215 Forest Ave., Kewaskum.

The family will greet relatives and friends at the funeral home on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until 12:45 p.m.
