Obituary

Jeffrey “Jeff” McGee, age 67 years, of West Bend was called home to be with his Heavenly Father on September 1, 2026, at Kathy Hospice surrounded by his loving family.

Jeff was born on March 10, 1959, in Port Washington to Gary and Dorothy McGee (nee Jacque). Jeff and his wife Arlene were together for 37 years and were married on May 29, 1999.

Jeff enjoyed playing chess, gardening, going fishing, and was an avid online gamer. During quieter times he liked to read his Authorized Version of the 1611 Companion Bible and listen to Shepherd’s Chapel.

His favorite bible verse was from Ecclesiastes 3: “A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted. A time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance.”

Jeff loved his extensive and blended family. Everyone was treated as his own. He had five children and eight grandchildren. He will be forever missed and loved endlessly.

Those Jeff leaves behind to cherish his memory include his wife, Arlene; children, Jason (Morgan Gossen) Beaudoin, Anthony (Sabryna) Beaudoin, Andrew Carlson, Scott (Jessica) Pischke of Florida, and Carrie (Anthony) Kuhaupt; siblings, Debbie McGee of Florida, Penny (Jim Shirkey) McGee, Jody McGee of Illinois, Alane (Aarron Schmitz) Carlson, Amy Carlson, Anthony (Kim) Carlson, Alex Carlson, Kristina Fleenor, and Johnny (Laurie) Johnson; grandchildren, Penelope, Ella, Henry, Chase, Katherine, Erin, Steel, and Aubree.

He is further survived by Robert Fleenor who was Jeff’s father-in-law, primary father figure, mentor, friend, and co-worker at Jessup Trucking; as well as numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews (especially Ken and Ron McGee, for their continuous love, care and support through the years).

In addition to his parents and grandparents, Jeff was preceded in death by his brothers, James McGee and Robert McGee; brother-in-law, Alan Carlson; mother-in-law, confidant and online gaming partner, Frances M. Fleenor; and many aunts, uncles and cousins,

The family would like to thank Dr. Charles Kaufmann and the other doctors, nurses, and staff at Kathy Hospice (especially Jeff’s care team: Brooke and Becky) for their care and compassion.
