Obituary
Jean E. Tromp, (nee Thomas), age 73, of Muskego, passed away Thursday December 6, 2007, at the Cedar Lake Health Care Center, in West Bend.
She was born on August 14, 1934 in Milwaukee to the late Harvey and Helen (nee Kassube) Thomas. Jean graduated from Washington High School in the class of 1952. After her schooling she worked for the Wisconsin Telephone Company before becoming a stay at home mom.
Jean is survived by four children, Steven (Thomas Theara) Tromp of Newton, MA, Susan (Ken) Meuler of West Bend, Scott Tromp of Rhinelander, and Kevin Tromp of Muskego; six grandchildren, Christian Theara, Adam, Jeffrey, and Melissa Meuler, Jessica and Nicole Tromp; a sister Judy (Robert) Sims of Westerville, OH, other relatives and friends.
A memorial service to remember Jean's life will be held on Monday December 10th at 11:30 am at the Cedar Lake Health Care Center. Chaplin Susan Kolb will officiate. Visitation and reception with the family will follow. Memorials may be given to the Cedar Lake outdoor sunroom in Jean's name. Cremation will take place at Myrhum ~ Patten Funeral & Cremation Service, and burial of her cremated remains will be in Pinelawn Memorial Park in Milwaukee.
