Janet "Jan" H. Wagner

Janet H. “Jan” Wagner (nee Taylor), age 67 years, of West Bend was called home to be with the Lord on June 23, 2025, at Froedtert West Bend Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

Jan was born on September 1, 1957, in West Bend to Wesley and Ann Taylor (nee Guerndt). She was united in marriage to Philip W. Wagner on September 8, 1979, at Trinity Lutheran Church in West Bend.

Jan graduated from West Bend East High School in 1975. She worked her entire career at West Bend Mutual Insurance and retired in 2014. Jan loved photography, traveling, shopping, and flowers. She found joy in caring for all those around her, especially raising her three children, providing adult care for her disabled daughter, and regularly caring for her three grandchildren.

Those Jan leaves behind to cherish her memory include husband of 45 years, Philip; daughter, Jaime (Josh) Branham; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Abigail, and Jack Branham; mother, Ann Taylor; siblings, Lee (the late Barb) Taylor, Karen (Dave) Sparks, James (Ann) Taylor, and Barbie (Dale) Fessenbecker. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Jan was preceded in death by her father, Wesley Taylor; and her children, Philip Wagner, Jr and Kayli Wagner.

VISITATION: Jan’s family will greet relatives and friends on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. until 5:15 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 140 N 7th Ave, West Bend, WI 53095.

SERVICE: A Funeral Service in remembrance of Jan will take place at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday at Church with Pastor David Schoob officiating. A graveside service and burial will take place on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Washington County Memorial Park in West Bend.
