Jacqueline “Jackie” M. Ebert, 78, was called home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 7, 2026.

Jackie was born on November 24, 1947, in Fond du Lac to the late Lewis and Dorothy (nee Kleczka) Ebert. Jackie's sense of humor was infectious, and she had a knack for making people laugh. She loved spending time at the zoo, exploring parks, and cherishing moments with family and friends. She could often be found blowing bubbles, a passion she pursued regardless of the weather.

Those left to cherish Jackie’s memory include her siblings, Beverly Gavin, Mary (Joseph) Wallner, Leo (Janice) Ebert, Patsy (Tracy) Gavin, and Terry Ebert; nieces, nephews, and other friends.

In addition to her parents, Jackie is preceded in death by her siblings, James Ebert, Allan Ebert, and Diane Kobishop; brother-in-law, Dale Gavin.

VISITATION: Jackie’s family will greet relatives and friends on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at Myrhum-Patten Funeral & Cremation Service (1315 W. Washington Street, West Bend, WI 53095) from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.

FUNERAL SERVICE: A funeral service for Jackie will be held following visitation on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at Myrhum-Patten Funeral & Cremation Service, at 4:00 p.m. with Matt Davis officiating the service.
