Herbert “Herb” F. Wolf, age 77 years, of West Bend, WI was called home to be with the Lord on February 17, 2026, after an extensive battle with heart conditions and cancer. Herb was born on July 6, 1948, in West Bend to Herbert P. and Luciana Wolf (Simon).

After graduating from West Bend High School, Herb went on to join the United States Air Force where he proudly served for four years. Upon returning from his military service, he was united in marriage to his loving wife, Jennifer R. Wolf (Jaeger) on June 9, 1973, at St. John’s Ev. Lutheran Church. He later completed a Bachelor of Science Degree from Cardinal Stritch College in 1986.

Herb’s career path included his many years at the Washington County Land Use & Parks Dept. followed by starting his own business, Herb Wolf & Associates, LLC in 2007. Though he worked hard for many years, Herb always made time for his family, friends, and hobbies. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, and his daily visits with the many birds that gathered in his backyard. He also had a deep passion for both watching and coaching sports, especially those of his son, daughter, and grandchildren. Socially, Herb is most likely known for his involvement at his church, where he was happiest doing his work for the Lord.

Those he leaves behind to cherish his memory include his wife, Jenny; his two children, Matthew (Brandy), Amanda (Dan); and his four grandchildren, Brooklyn, Bryce, Eden, and Everett. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, Herb was preceded in death by his siblings: Marvin, Adeline (Lemke), Simon, Harold, and Art.

VISITATION: Herb’s family will greet relatives and friends on Thursday, February 26, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church (809 South 6th Avenue – West Bend, WI 53095) and continuing at church on Friday, February 27, from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.

SERVICE: A Funeral Service in remembrance of Herb will take place at 12:00 p.m. on Friday at St. John’s Lutheran Church with Pastor Reynolds officiating. Burial Services and Military Honors will be at Washington County Memorial Park - 3358 Paradise Drive - West Bend, WI 53095.
