Gregory Joseph Pokrzywinski, 71, passed away on Friday, November 21, 2025 with his family by his side.

Gregory was born on February 14, 1954 in Milwaukee to the late Gilbert and Florence Pokrzywinski (nee Schoch). Gregory was united in marriage to Janice Melcarek on September 7, 1985. He was a dedicated worker and spent over 30 years in the food industry. Gregory was a proud husband, father, and grandfather. He was an avid Wisconsin sports fan especially the Brewers and Packers.

Those left to cherish Gregory's memory include his wife, Janice; children, Brian Pokrzywinski, Kevin (Whitney) Pokrzywinski, and Amy (David) Koepsell; grandchildren, Blake Pokrzywinski, Logan Pokrzywinski, Chase Pokrzywinski, Chloe Pokrzywinski, Jax Pokrzywinski, Nyx Pokrzywinski, Kayden Maier, Camilla Koepsell, Halle Koepsell, and Paxton Koepsell; brother, Gary (Roxanne) Pokrzywinski; other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, Gregory is preceded in death by sister, Lynn Hagerty.

A Celebration of Gregory’s life will take place on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at The Gables (N109W17075 Ava Circle, Germantown, WI), from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
