Obituary
Frederick E. Wilkens, 56, of West Bend, passed away Thursday, Aug. 19, 2010 at the Kathy Hospice, West Bend.
He was born on February 21, 1954 in Port Washington to Elmer and Esther (Nee Schille) Wilkens. He graduated from Kewaskum High School in 1972 and he was the fifth generation to farm on the family's dairy farm.
He is survived by three children, Jessica Wilkens, Benjamin Wilkens, and Rebecca Wilkens; his mother, Esther Wilkens; two sisters, Cheryl (Jonathan) Schultz and Ellyn Wilkens; two brothers, Mark (Jean) Wilkens and Martin (Audrey) Wilkens; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Elmer, and a brother, Glenn.
A memorial service in remembrance of Frederick will be held on Sunday, Aug. 29 at 3:00 p.m. at St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church, Newburg. Visitation will be at the church from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service.
