Obituary
Evelyn F. Moersfelder, 85, of West Bend, passed away Tuesday, March 7, 2006 at the Clement J. Zablocki V.A. Medical Center in Milwaukee.
She was born on July 21, 1920 in Marshfield. She served in the U.S. Army from Jan. 12, 1944 to Oct. 15, 1946. Evelyn was employed as a cab driver and she lived in West Allis of most of her adult life until moving to Marshfield in 1991. She then moved to West Bend in 1996.
She is survived by a brother, George (Mary) Porter of Big Canoe, GA; a nephew, Scott Porter of Missouri; a special friend, Eileen Parker of West Bend; other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Jim Porter.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 13 at 2:00 p.m. at the Myrhum-Patten Funeral Home, West Bend. Rev. William Dushek will officiate and burial will follow in Last Home Cemetery in the town of Jackson. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Monday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
