Obituary
Elaine R. Knutson, (nee Schlegel) of Jackson, formerly of Milwaukee found eternal peace on Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2007 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Milwaukee after a courageous two-year battle with cancer.
She was born Nov. 23, 1936 in Columbus, WI to the late Herman and Elsie (nee Lienke) Schlegel.
Elaine graduated from Fall River High School and received her Accounting degree from Spenserian Business College. She was employed at US Bank in downtown Milwaukee until her illness.
Elaine will be deeply missed by her loving children, Karen (John) Guillot of West Bend; Linda (David) Granec of Jackson; her grandchildren, Kevin, (fiancAC. Kori Kruepke), Jeff and Jack Guillot, of West Bend and Rachael and Stephanie Granec of Jackson; and many other relatives and close friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Elsie Schlegel.
To honor the wishes of Elaine, private services were held and burial has taken place at Washington County Memorial Park, West Bend.
