Donna Klein-Plzak (nee Conley) of Lomira passed away on July 20, 2026, at Hospice Home of Hope in Fond du Lac, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on January 18, 1936, daughter of the late Charles and Fern (nee Wilson) Conley.
She was married to Eugene Plzak at Holy Angels Catholic Church in 1953. They raised 9 wonderful children together. She was an avid Bowler, she gave back to the community, volunteered and was a member of the Women’s Auxiliary, Boy Scout, and Girl Scout Leader. Her grandchildren were of utmost importance to her.
Those Donna leaves behind to cherish her memory include her children: Deborah Cichocki, Victoria (Gary) Mulder, Mary (Douglas) Kiehnau, Jean (Randy) Anderson and Timothy (Debbie) Plzak; 15 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild due in October. She is further survived by other nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband Eugene Plzak in 1985, Second Husband Richard Klein; Children Patricia Gilles, Donald Plzak, Anthony Plzak, and Russell Plzak.
VISITATION: The family will greet relatives and friends at the Myrhum-Patten Funeral Home, 350 Main St., Lomira, on Saturday, July 25, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
SERVICE: A Mass of Christian Burial in remembrance of Donna will be at St. Mary’s Catholic Church (653 Milwaukee St.) on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Nathaniel Miniatt officiating. Burial will take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Lomira.
Our family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff at Hospice Home of Hope, Fond du Lac, especially Dr. Amy Romandine Kratz. For their care and compassion shown to our Mom.
In lieu of flowers, memorials made in Donna’s name may be made to Hospice Home of Hope and The St. Agnes Foundation.
