Obituary
Dianna P. Faber, 63, of West Bend, passed away Wednesday, September 19, 2007 at Kathy Hospice in the town of Polk.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 24 at 4:30 p.m. at the Myrhum - Patten Funeral Home. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Monday from 3:30 p.m. until the time of service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to The Threshold or Kathy Hospice would be appreciated.
