Debra M. Mohr, nee Donathan, age 53, of West Bend, passed away on Tuesday, June 7, 2011 at her residence.

She is survived by two children, Jeff Mohr of Las Vegas and Misty (Ben) Hommerding of Lakewood; one grandson, Douglas Mohr of West Bend; special friend, Bixton Harris; other relatives and friends.

Funeral services in remembrance of Debra will be held on Monday, June 13th at 12:00 p.m. at the Myrhum - Patten Funeral Home, West Bend. Deacon Ronald Schneider of St. Frances Cabrini will officiate. Visitation will be Monday at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will follow in Cedar Creek Cemetery in the town of Polk.
