Daniel R. Sonn was born on September 8, 1956, and was unexpectedly called home to Heaven on November 2, 2026.
Daniel was a beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend whose memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
He was a proud father to Jenna (John) Sampont and a loving grandfather to Jacob, Jillian, Joshua, and Josie, who brought him so much joy.
Daniel enjoyed spending time with family and friends, finding a good breakfast spot, heading to the casino to try his luck on the slot machines, and going fishing. It was the simple pleasures, good company, and time spent with the people he cared about that made life special.
He leaves behind his loving daughter and grandchildren, along with his brothers and sisters: Robert ( Doni) Sonn, John (Laura) Sonn, Steven (Kathy) Sonn, Roger (Patty) Sonn, Peter (Annette) Sonn, Rose Ann Rublee, Tom (Ezers)Sonn, Navis, Rose Ann Rublee, Christine (Mike) Navis, Thomas (Esra) Sonn, and Mary Jo (Steven) Chronis. He also leaves behind his sister-in-law, Christine Hodorowski, along with many extended family members and dear friends.
Daniel is now reunited in Heaven with his beloved wife, Deborah; his parents, Bob and Helen Sonn; his mother-in-law, Ruby Hodorowski; and his favorite four-legged companions, Max and Jax.
Though his passing was unexpected, the love he shared and the memories he leaves behind will remain with his family and friends forever. His presence, laughter, and the time you shared will be deeply missed.
Daniel may have left this world too soon, but he will never be forgotten. May he enjoy eternal peace, reunited with those he loved and missed.
A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 10th, from 4:00 - 7:00 pm. Starting at 6:30 pm, there will be an open mic for anyone who would like to share stories, followed by a closing prayer. This will be taking place at Myhrum-Patten Funeral and Cremation Services in West Bend.
Until we meet again, may you rest peacefully in the Lord's arms.
