Curtis R. Manthey, 77, of Mayville passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, September 16, 2024.

He was born on August 31, 1947, to the late Richard and Lorraine (nee Qualmann) Manthey in Beaver Dam, WI. Curtis graduated from Mayville High School in 1965. He worked as a farmer his whole life as well and many other construction jobs, he was a man of all traits. Curtis enjoyed going to the races, parades, and fireworks. He loved campfires. Curtis especially enjoyed spending time with family and friends as will be missed by all who knew him.

Those Curtis leaves behind to cherish his memory include four children, Chad (Valarie Krebs) Manthey, Kurt (Nicole Giesecke) Manthey, Brad (Tasha) Manthey, and Christine Manthey; eight grandchildren, Alexa, Brieanna, Allison, Kash, Rylan, AJ, Levi, and Ella; two great-grandchildren, McKinley and Maevela; former wife, Gloria Manthey; other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Per his wish, no services will be held.
