Christopher “Chris” L. Scott, 52, of West Bend passed away on Friday, May 10, 2024, at his home with his family by his side.

He was born on October 24, 1971, to Edward and Linda (nee Craft) Scott in Minneapolis, MN. Chris grew up in Thiensville and graduated from Homestead High School. He went on to receive his bachelor’s degree in urban forestry from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Chris worked as the lead construction and operations manager in landscaping for many years. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, camping, and delighted in being a father to his two children. Chris especially enjoyed spending time with family and friends and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Those Chris leaves behind to cherish his memory include his two children, Ellie Scott and Edward “Eddie” Scott; his mother, Linda Scott; his sister, Amanda “Mandy” (Paul) Scott-Skarie; his best friend, Stephen “Steve” Caravella; and other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father, Edward “Scotty” Scott.

VISITATION: The family will greet relatives and friends on Friday, June 7th, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.

SERVICE: A celebration of life service will be held at the Maurin Center at Lac Lawrann on June 7th, 2024, at 3:00 p.m.

RECEPTION: A celebration of life gathering will follow the service at the Maurin Center at Lac Lawrann on June 7th, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff at Froedtert Hospital for all their help and care during Chris’s courageous battle with cancer.
