Obituary

“

Above all, his love of family came first.

It is with profound shock and sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Christopher Dean Warner (78) of Saukville, WI, on October 28 th.

Chris was born on December 31st, 1947, to Dean and Mary (Polly) Warner. Chris grew up in Racine, WI, served in the Army, and later built a life in Saukville with his wife, Pamela, of 56 years and their three children. Chris spent his career as a restaurateur and chef, with a passion for food, cooking, and creating a memorable dining experience. He was a big fan of auto racing and enjoyed collecting fine art. Chris found passion in reading, from futurists Alvin Toffler & Ray Kurzweil to spiritual improvement in his life. He challenged everything and wondered what the future would bring, and eventually saw the birth of AI. Most recently, Chris found joy in his bike, riding for hours at a time around the countryside and taking in the beauty of the outdoors. Above all, his love of family came first. He beamed with pride and love for his kids, grandkids, but most of all for his wife. Chris’ passion, humor, and quick wit brought an abundance of joy to his family.

Chris is survived by his wife, Pamela Warner; children, Christopher Warner (Laura Warner), Lindsey Clover (Kris Clover), and Ashley Lubs (Jason Lubs); and his seven cherished grandchildren: Laela and Lukas Warner; Kaden, Anna, and Ella Clover. Faith and Alyza Lubs. He is also survived by three younger siblings, Sally Barhke, Wendy Apple, and Barton Warner.

A celebration of life for Chris will be held on Friday, December 4 th at 2:00 PM at Kettlebrook Church in West Bend.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Seed of Hope Center in West Bend.
