Christine A. “Chris” Plaum, age 67 years, of Slinger, formerly of Kewaskum was called home to be with the Lord on October 10, 2019 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in West Bend surrounded by her family.

Chris was born on March 27, 1952 in West Bend to Carl and Jeannette Plaum  (Mueller).

Chris graduated from Kewaskum High School in 1970.  She enjoyed cooking, baking. shopping, going out with grandma, and spending time with her nieces.

Those Chris leaves behind to cherish her memory include her mother, Jeannette Plaum; her sister, Valerie (Ken) Bauer; her four nieces, Ashley Hollowell, Lauren (Stetson) Schmitt, Heather (Randy) Heinitz, and Bryanna Bauer; one great-nephew, Noah Schmitt.  She is further survived by her uncle, Donald Voeks and aunt, Margaret Mueller as well as other relatives and friends.

Christine was preceded in death by her father, Carl Plaum; aunts, Alice (John) Stahl, Marion (Richard) Geib, Carol Voeks; and uncles, Norbert Mueller and Richard Mueller.

Memorial Mass for Chris will be held at 11 am on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at St. Michael Catholic Church (8883 Forest View Rd. - Kewaskum, WI 53040) with Father Strand officiating. Inurnment at St. Michael Catholic Cemetery in St. Michaels.

Chris’ family will greet relatives and friends at Church on Saturday from 9:30 am until the time of service.

Chris’ family extends their heartfelt appreciation to the staff at Pavilion at Glacier Valley for the loving care they provided.
